Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your order however, if you are not happy with your products please notify us in writing within 5 working days and return the goods to us at:

Items will be refunded or exchanged within 10 working days of receipt of return.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and that you keep proof of postage.

Post & Packing costs are non-refundable and are at your own expense. We cannot accept
returns or exchanges of earrings & underwear for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.  In the event the goods are faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
